Defective Merchandise: Brand Cave Pty Ltd will refund or replace a defective item upon inspection at our facility. Return for exchange claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.
All returns for exchange must be authorized by Brand Cave Pty Ltd. Returns from dealer’s customers will only be accepted upon approval from both Brand Cave Pty Ltd and Dealer where item was purchased.
All returns for exchange must have a copy of the original invoice, and note with contact information and explanation for why the item(s) are being returned.
